Whiskey Marinade for BBQ

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 3 cloves minced garlic

 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in pan. Can be used to marinate beef, pork or chicken. Marinate from 2-4 hours before cooking.
