Electric Barbecue BBQ Starter Lighter Big PiecesThe thought of cooking a big meat piece on the barbecue is scary, but it's easier than you think! You can also cheat a little by precooking it in the oven. It's best to have a BBQ where you can regulate the temperature by raising or lowering the grill. A lid is also important to get an oven effect. Put the charcoal on one side only in the basin (before switching on the Electric Charcoal Barbecue Starter). This way you can directly lower the temperature by moving the piece on the side with no glowing charcoal. It is essential to turn the meat often, and do not hesitate to use a cooking thermometer in the meat. Think well before placing the thermometer to avoid that it hinders turning the meat.
